1. 1. How far from the sea are you situated? Are beaches in Yevpatoriya to be paid for? If yes, how much does it cost?

Our complex is located within 10-15 minutes of walking distance away from the coastline. There are pay-beaches and free beaches in Yevpatoriya as well as on the whole Crimean coast. But the residents of our complex should not worry about this. We have our own beach with well developed infrastructure for active rest. And it will be free for those who live in our complex. Moreover, after setting into operation of the whole complex we are planning to arrange the transportation of the complex residents to the beach and back.

4. I often had vacations on the South Coast of Crimea, and I love it. To my mind the food is pricey during the season. And what is the case with prices in Yevpatoriya?

The prices for food, excursions and active rest affairs are twice cheaper than in Yalta. Even in the height of the season. So you are welcome.

6. Hello I am from Murmansk. I am very interested in the opportunity to purchase an apartment in Yevpatoriya. I had a holiday there when I was a pioneer. Nowadays I want my children to revitalize on the Black Sea coast. Can you give me some hints on a possibility of delay of payment (mortgage credit) and how much it will takes to process the documents?

In case of 100% payment for an apartment or a townhouse additional discount is covered by us and processing of the documents will not take more than 2-3 days (including receiving of a technical specification on a real estate object issued by the Bureau of Technical Inventory and an identification code for the buyers who are citizens of other countries). Processing and preparing of the documents is made by our legal service.
It is possible to get mortgage credit up to 15 years in “BM Bank” Yevpatoriya department on condition that you will make initial installment in the amount of 40-50% of the property value. 9. Should we wait for the further price cutting?

At the moment the prices for real property in Yevpatoriya and in the Crimea became stable and started to rise a bit. Nowadays prices for the apartments and townhouses in “Monaki” HC are the most attractive. We recommend you to take advantage of temporary price cutting and to make a purchase in the near future.

10. Usually we go to the Crimea by car and sometimes with one or two friends. We like to go for a drive and to look about. I would like to know if there are garages in your complex and how the parking will be arranged.

Surely, the parking will be arranged in our complex. And not even for the residents of the complex, but for the guests also. It is because of that one of our major tasks is creation of favourable conditions for living in our housing complex. Besides, on the first floors of all houses there are garages any one of which you can buy if you wish. Each townhouse is provided with a personal garage on the first floor and a parking space. So, when you are an owner of a townhouse you will not have a need to look for a place for parking your car. 12. I am interested in housing for the aged parents, that is why the closeness of shops and market is important. Please, tell me how far they are located from your houses.

There will be a shopping center with a grocery supermarket on the first floor on the territory of the complex.
The nearby shops and the chemists shop are situated on Diomysheva St., just across the street. The nearby food market is placed on Pobedy Prospect, three blocks from the complex. You can get there by public transport (tramway, several routes of buses and the fixed-route minibus taxis).

14.What is provided for the residents and especially for children on the territory of the complex?

Recently the building of the open overflow and heated pool has been accomplished and as a matter of convenience for residents of the complex it is provided also building of playgrounds and sports grounds.

2. How far is a secondary school situated? Will it be possible for a child to get there by himself? And which mode of transport should he use?

At the moment there is a secondary school No. 6 in Nekrasova Street. You can get there as follows: by tramway No. 1 (you should pass one stop) or on foot (near 5-10 minutes of walking distance).

5. I have heard that Kazantip festival took place not far from Yevpatoriya. Are there places in Yevpatoriya to have a blast?

Everything is arranged in Yevpatoriya for the lovers of family and calm rest, and there are a lot of museums, several on-foot tours through the old part of the town, why, Yevpatoriya is 2500 years old! The aquapark, the dolphinarium, plenty of various attractions in the amusement park named after Frunze, cinemas, bowling clubs, a lot of night clubs will allow you to have a good time with your family or your friends. And for the lovers of “having a blast” as you said the fixed-route minibus taxis make trips to Kazantip. Kazantip is really nearby. The festival take place in 30 km. away Yevpatoriya in Popovka village.

7. How did the crisis influence the building process?

Against the background of the crisis our object remained stable, building at a fast pace allowed us to commission the project in time. Te proof of this is the pictures from the building site in section “BUILDING PROCESS”, which were updated and are updated by us regularly. All houses are put into operation, Ownership certificates to all apartments and garages are received.

8. What about traffic interchange? How fast is it possible to get to the center of the town, to the sea-shore?

“Moynaki” HC district is located in the resort area of Yevpatoriya, ecological, green zone, in the neighborhood of Moynaki salt lake. Nevertheless convenient approach roads lead to the complex, also tramway and fixed-route minibus taxi routs runs nearby. Yevpatoriya is not a big town, so the way to the sea-shore or to the center of the town by car will take you several minutes.

11. Please, tell me which way are the problems of greening is solved in the complex? As we know Yevpatoriya is situated in the Crimean steppe zone.

Our complex is located on the territory of the former “Rodnichok” holiday hotel, in the picturesque park area the differential peculiarity of which is a great many green planting of the age of 40 years and more, which were carefully preserved while building. Some of the trees located on the territory of the complex are admitted to the listing of the Red Book of Ukraine. I should say that it is a unique park area not only in Yevpatoriya, but in the Crimea as well. Across the street there is a park called “Moynaki” that is located on the bank of the curative lake. It is 5-7 minutes of walking distance to the lake.
Directly on the territory of the complex there is an artesian well water of which is recommended by the Ministry of Health Care of Ukraine for drinking, cooking, especially for children and people receiving treatment.

13. I am a sitizen of Belarus. What taxes shall I pay while sale and purchase of the real property in Ukraine?

Real estate taxes are not provided by the legislation of Ukraine. When you buy/sale real property in Ukraine you have to pay taxes in amount of 2% of the transaction amount (1% to the Pension Fund + 1% State duty).
